In 1991, Thermal Industries Inc, an innovator in the replacement window industry for more than 50 years, took their knowledge and expertise a step further to incorporate their custom vinyl window and door systems into an insulating, polystyrene wall system to create the DreamspacE® Patio Enclosure System. Today, Thermal Industries offers two types of energy-efficient DreamspacE® Patio Enclosure Systems: a three-season sunroom, the DreamspacE® 300 Patio Enclosure, and a four-season room, the DreamspacE® 3200 Patio Enclosure.

Both patio enclosure systems features premium ‘replacement’ grade vinyl windows and sliding patio doors with insulating glass units standard with warm-edge spacer technology. The systems' Maximum Glass designs yield optimum viewing area, with all custom-sized windows and no fill panel between the window units. Both the Dreamspace® 300 and 3200 feature three inch-thick wall systems with Thermocore Expanded Polystyrene insulation covered with an embossed Aluminum interior and exterior. The DreamspacE® 3200 walls boast thermally-broken aluminum structural frame members providing homeowners year-round use of their patio room. In contrast, The DreamspacE® 300 Patio Enclosure is non-thermally broken for homeowners who are looking for three-season use.

The DreamspacE® 3200 and 300 Patio Enclosure Systems are available in custom sizes. Homeowners may also choose from one of six standard marquee sizes and nine standard cathedral sizes in either system. The standard room sizes feature faster order turnaround and competitive pricing. Many exciting standard features and options are available on the DreamspacE® standard sized 3200 and 300 Patio Enclosure Systems, or both patio enclosure systems can be fully customized.
